Food has always been personal to me. My culinary foundation began as a young girl immersed in the rhythms of a kitchen. My name is Gianna - Gigi to my friends and family - and I come from a four-generation family of restauranteurs, where the kitchen was both a workplace and a gathering place. My brothers and I grew up in our Italian family-owned business, Caffe Capri. I learned early on that cooking is more than a recipe - it’s about care, consistency, and connection.
After years of school and working behind the restaurant line, I have transitioned into private events and boutique catering, cultivating my passion into customized experiences that feel both refined and heartfelt.
